Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete control over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
